Important information about insurance claims
Costa del Sol Fixers provides property inspections, documentation, quotations and repair services. We are not an insurance company, insurance broker, loss adjuster or legal representative.
The final decision regarding insurance coverage, compensation and approval of repair costs is always made by the customer's insurance provider under the terms of the relevant policy.
Customers should contact their insurer as early as possible and confirm whether prior approval, a specific report, an appointed assessor or an insurer-approved contractor is required before permanent repairs begin.
Emergency measures may still be necessary to protect the property and prevent additional damage. Where possible, photograph and document the condition before emergency work is carried out.
We cannot guarantee that an insurer will reimburse an inspection, report, repair or other cost.
