How to contact us with a complaint
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Please contact us first:

Please include your name, contact details, a description of the issue, dates, and any reference number or invoice. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within the legally applicable period (in any event within one month for consumer complaints, or sooner where the law requires).
Official Andalusian complaint forms (Hojas de Quejas y Reclamaciones)
As a service provider operating in Andalucía, we make the official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía available to consumers as legally required. You may request a copy at any time, in person at our address or by writing to hello@costadelsolfixers.es.
You can also obtain information and submit complaints through:
- Your local Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC).
- The Junta de Andalucía — Consumo consumer service (please refer to the current official website of the Consejería competent for consumer affairs for the latest electronic complaint channels).
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers may seek out-of-court resolution through bodies recognised by the Spanish authorities. We do not currently declare adherence to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available.
Applicable law and venue
Spanish law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory jurisdictional protections of Spanish and EU law, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where the law so provides.
